Box 850 <br />Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810 <br /> <br />FROM: Joel Renfro <br /> <br />RE: Rother Pit #2 - File No. M-2019-036, Cheyenne County <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-2) <br /> Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Please be advised that on May 5, 2025, Cheyenne County, whose address and telephone number are 51 S 1st <br />Street PO Box 567, Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810; (719) 767-5872, filed an application for a/an Surety <br />Release Request (SL- 2) to M2019036, Rother Pit #2, which is located approximately 13 miles South of <br />Town of Arapahoe, Section 24, Township 16S, Range 43W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Cheyenne County. <br /> <br />Cheyenne County has requested the Full/Final Release of this permit. The Division will inspect the site <br />within 60 days of this notice to determine whether it has adequately met the reclamation requirements for its <br />release. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Joel Renfro at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, <br />CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 812-2002. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
