Travis stated, "without documentation and or photos it really
wasn't a concern of theirs."We told Travis that the Moores have been removing material from all hay fields and up Turner
Gulch draw of approximately 20 plus feet in depth for the past 10+ years. Filling the mined area with crusher fines, they
mine this area mostly after dark. Most of this area is visible from state highway 141.
After obtaining photos and videos of the operation, I filled out the DRMS complaint report. I chose to disclose my name so
if the department needed more information or photos they could contact me.Amy Yeldell contacted me by email attached
below. She stated there would be an inspection and she also was going to alert the Moores of the allegation. At the time
of reporting when I disclosed my name, I was under the impression that it was for internal purposes only. Not that I would
be named in her report and disclosed to the Moores who now are retaliating against me and my wife that live in Gateway
near them.As of a couple weeks ago I also filled out a MSHA report.
If you would like more information or if you have follow up questions, please email me. My phone service is in and out in
Gateway.
Joseph Larsen
https://mail.google.com/mail/b/ALGkdOxhJsspQ9WQy6M8ZvEdoQUrzvydSw2AkGT9zE9ZwUt2JrQJ/u/O/?ik=96aa8aO8c9&view=pt&search=all&permt... 2/2
