Gibson <br /> <br />RE: McKenna Limestone Quarry - File No. M-2000-039, Delhur Industries, Inc. <br /> Surety Reduction Request (SR-1) <br /> Surety Reduction requested for reclamation work. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 24, 2025, Delhur Industries, Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />2443 West Hwy. 176, Andrews, TX 79714; (432) 897-4301, filed an application for a/an Surety Reduction <br />Request (SR- 1) to M2000039, McKenna Limestone Quarry, which is located approximately 0 miles of <br />Walsenburg, Section 31, Township 27S, Range 64W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Huerfano County. <br /> <br />Surety Reduction requested following the issuance of SI1, highlighting the reclamation work that has been <br />recently conducted at the McKenna Limestone Quarry. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Amber M.
