<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: May 1, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Kit Carson County Planning Department <br />Planning Director <br />Box 160 <br />Burlington, CO 80807-0249 <br /> <br />RE: Rollins-Clapper Pit., File No. M-2025-018 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on May 1, 2025, Rollins Construction and Trucking LLC, whose address and telephone number <br />are 893 South 120 East, Milford, UT 84751; (435) 387-2175, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 7, Township 10S, Range 48W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Kit Carson <br />County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. <br />Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) General agriculture post-mining land use.
