In conversations with the Operator representative, he indicated the <br />landowner had withdrawn some material from the stockpile, and that it had been regraded but not yet reseeded. <br />The seed has been acquired but not applied. The removal area was observed and confirmed that the pile has been <br />disturbed, but also regraded to blend with the surrounding topography. The ring berm around the pile has been re- <br />established and no evidence of erosion was noted. The pile, included the regraded area is in excellent condition. <br />The removal area can be seen in Photos Four and Five. <br /> <br /> <br />PHOTOGRAPHS <br />
