Suite D <br />Gunnison, CO 81230 <br /> <br />RE: The Quarry L,L,C,, File No. M-2025-021 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 30, 2025, The Quarry LLC, whose address and telephone number are 5400 Cty Rd. <br />76, Parlin, CO 81239; (970) 275-4395, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, <br />at or near Section 4, Township 49N, Range 3E, 06th Principle Meridian, in Gunnison County. Please be advised that <br />the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to <br />support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use.
