There are no changes to the existing permit, we are still mining the <br /> same pegmatite minerals. The old mine site on Three and Four Point, outfall 001 will still <br /> continue untill the end of the project as will this new site on Silvermicrocline and Hill Top mining <br /> claims. There are 2 other mines on this outfall. Sugar Loaf and Suzie Blue (which will not be <br /> mined at this time) All mines are owned by George L. Quist. <br /> E. SITE MAPS AND SCHEMATICS- provide as an attachment to the application - no larger than 11x17 inches <br /> 1. Location Map -Application must include a location map that shows the location of the project/facility, the <br /> boundaries of the area subject to the application, and all receiving water(s). A north arrow must be shown. <br /> 2. Legible Site Sketch - showing all surface features (buildings, ponds, diversion ditches, stockpiles, processing <br /> areas, batch plants, other pollutant sources, etc.); stream location(s); numbered outfalls; and direction(s)of <br /> water flow at the facility indicated by arrows (stormwater and process water).
