Carter <br /> <br />RE: Meadow Hollow Quarry - File No. M-2009-006, Colorado Quarry I, LLC <br /> Permit Conversion (CN-1) <br /> Conversion to a 112c permit with an addition of 34.18 acres for a total permit area of 44.08 <br />acres. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 24, 2025, Colorado Quarry I, LLC, whose address and telephone number are <br />901 S County Road 31, Berthoud, CO 80513; (970) 231-2151, filed an application for a/an Permit <br />Conversion (CN- 1) to M2009006, Meadow Hollow Quarry, which is located approximately 8 miles <br />Southwest of Berthoud, Section 27, Township 4N, Range 70W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. <br /> <br />Conversion to a 112c permit with an addition of 34.18 acres for a total permit area of 44.08 acres. <br /> <br />A decision date has been set for July 23, 2025.Written comments or objections to the application may be <br />submitted to and additional information obtained from Jocelyn L. Carter at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 666-1065. <br /> <br />Colorado Quarry I, LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments <br />on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the <br />Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your <br />comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no <br />objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
