NOTICE Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application DATE: April 23, 2025 TO: Bent County Planning Department Box 350 Las Animas, CO 81054 RE: Mayhew Pit, File No. M-2024-054 Please be advised that on April 23, 2025, Riverside Aggregates, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 30687 CR19, Lamar, CO 81052; (719) 336-3313, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 34, Township 225N, Range 48W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Bent County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Pastureland post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for July 22, 2025. A copy of the application is available for review at the Bent County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
