The inspection was conducted by Hunter Ridley with the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division). Tom Fry of Colowyo accompanied the inspection. Weather during <br />the inspection was clear with temperatures around 65° F. <br /> <br />An application for Technical Revision 166 (TR-166) was received by the Division on March 11, 2025. TR-166 <br />proposed changes to Colowyo's topsoil replacement and seeding plans. The TR-166 application was approved by <br />the Division on April 8, 2025. <br />An application for a Phase I Bond Release (SL-24) of 145.9 acres in five different areas, including areas in the <br />West Pit, north and east of Collom Pit, and northeast of the Gossard Loadout facility was received by the Division <br />on March 20, 2025. SL-24 proposes to release areas that have been backfilled and regraded. The bond release <br />application was called complete by the Division on April 18, 2025. The Division is currently in the process of <br />scheduling the required bond release inspection. <br />Revision MR-260 provided an updated certificate of liability insurance for Colowyo. The revision was deemed <br />complete on April 8, 2025 and approved on April 8, 2025. <br />Revision MR-261 updated the permit by removing references to Streeter Pond and the lower segment of Streeter <br />Ditch which have been Phase III released and are now outside the mine permit boundary. The revision was <br />deemed complete on April 9, 2025, and approved on April 9, 2025. <br />SIGNS ANDMARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the mine entrance, throughout the site, and along State Highway 13. All <br />information for compliance was observed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
