<br />1. The depth and extent of economically recoverable sand & gravel
<br />clay and sandstone reserves is estimated on this map. The amount
<br />of material actually mined may be more or less than what is depicted
<br />on this map.
<br />2. Topography in the reclaimed area is estimated and may be different
<br />than shown. The map will be updated to "as built" at time of final
<br />reclamation with a Technical Revision.
<br />3. The depth and extent of the clay reserves are unknown at this time
<br />but if it exists, the owner, Church Ranch, reserves the right to
<br />remove the clay once the reserve is exposed.
<br />4. To maximize water storage capacity one or more dividers may be
<br />installed in excavated area. If option is used a Technical Revision
<br />will be filed with the Division showing the location and details for the
<br />divider(s).
<br />5. The Upper Church and McKay ditch relocation was done under an
<br />agreement between the City of Broomfield (owners) and the mineral
<br />owners/mining companies.
