A bond in the amount of$22,1296.05 is held by the BLM at <br /> Yampa Vally Bank in Craig to insure reclamation of disturbed lands. <br /> State of Colorado: <br /> 1. An Application for an Air Emissions Permit is Submitted annually by the pit operator <br /> to the Colorado Dept of health, Customer#9920108995 <br /> 2. A Notice of Activity was submitted to the Colorado Department of Mines in June, <br /> 1982. <br /> 3. An Application to store and use explosives was filed with the Department of Mines. <br /> Permit#2-081-40373 <br /> 4. An Application for a diesel Permit was filed with the Department of Mines in August, <br /> 1982. <br /> Moffat County <br /> 1. A Conditional Use Permit to Mine and Process Limestone products was approved by <br /> the Board of County Commissioners on July 30, 1982. <br /> 2. Various letters have been sent to the Moffat County Planning Dept. advising them of <br /> the technical revisions of the BLM Sales contract. <br /> 3.
