As shown on Exhibit C-2 map,the <br /> active mining area #1, is in the western side of permit boundary and is approximately 12.42 <br /> acres. Active reclaim area is shown in area #2 and is approx. 4.43 acres with existing <br /> reclaim area shown as#5 and is 12.325 acres. Minable seam are uncovered by removing <br /> old reject spoils from previous owners mining, and relocated to active reclaim area. The <br /> Northern part of Active mining area is Non-Mineral grade rock. We use this for construction <br /> grade aggregate for sale. <br /> *Attach Map <br /> Plan of Current operations: <br /> Minable Mineral Grade Limestone seam is located in the Active mining areal projected <br /> through at current production year 2027. Area 2 active mine reclamation area. Area 3 <br /> Current Infrastructure area for production and stockpiling. Area 4 Equipment maintenance <br /> &fuel Storage. Area 5 As reject fines are being produced, they are pushed over the edge <br /> into existing mining area 6 to be used for fill in previous mining as reclamation. This is also <br /> used for storage of Oversized Boulders to be used as Construction grade rock. The Eastern <br /> end of Area 6 is mineral grade material, and depends on future demand of Mineral grade <br /> material need to extend the permit area into claim. <br /> Equipment, devices & practices: <br /> Large Excavation equipment to Include Loaders and Excavators for Rock extraction after <br /> blasting and 40 Ton Haul trucks to move rock to crusher. In Crusher area,we will use a <br /> loader to feed the jaw crusher&load trucks. We will also use a Cone Crusher and screen <br /> deck to separate into sizes needed. Crusher fines or reject material conveyed from pile to <br /> area for reclamation. Our crusher set up will change according to rock needed. Mineral <br /> Grade rock will be tested during crushing after each blast. Crushed rock is pulled 3 times <br /> per day and sent to the office to be tested with our Vanta C series handheld XRF Analyzer. <br /> Quarterly rock is sent to a Testing facility out of town for quality control. <br /> Spills will be taken contained immediately, there is 2 PIG spill kits filled with absorbent <br /> socks &spill mats, one in the Conex by the fuel tank and one in the Generator Trailer by the <br /> crusher. Spill material will be transported off site to a certified disposal site. <br />
