The <br /> Applicant shall install and have approved by the Water Commissioner all structures <br /> prior to any credit or use in this SWSP. The Applicant shall maintain such measuring <br /> devices as required by the division engineer for operation of this SWSP. <br /> 11.The Division of Water Resources will not acknowledge any recharge activity conducted <br /> without the knowledge of the water commissioner. The flow into the recharge site <br /> must be metered and equipped with a continuous flow recorder unless the water <br /> commissioner, in conjunction with the division engineer, determines adequate records <br /> may be kept without such equipment. <br /> 12.The Applicant shall follow the attached Division 1 Recharge Protocol for the operation <br /> of this SWSP, except that for the reasons described in this SWSP, evaporative losses <br /> from the Lighthouse Cove Pond do not need to be considered. <br /> 13. The Applicant shall provide daily accounting (including, but not limited to diversions, <br /> depletions, replacement sources, and river calls) on a monthly basis. The accounting <br /> must be uploaded to the CDSS Online Reporting Tool within 30 days of the end of the <br /> month for which the accounting applies (https://dwr.state.co.us/Tools/reporting). In <br /> addition, the accounting must be submitted to the water commissioners [currently <br /> Alec Hernandez (Alec.Hernandez@state.co.us), Mark Simpson <br /> (Mark.Simpson@state.co.us), Shera Sumerford (Shera.Sumerford@state.co.us), and <br /> Graham Buggs (Graham.Buggs@state.co.us)] within 30 calendar days of the end of the <br /> month for which the accounting is being made. Instructions for using the tool are <br /> available on the Division of Water Resources website on the "Services" --* "Data Ft <br /> Information" page under the heading of "Online Data Submittal. Accounting and <br /> reporting procedures are subject to approval and modification by the division <br /> engineer. Accounting forms need to identify the WDID number for each structure <br /> operating under this SWSP. NOTE: Monthly accounting, even during the winter <br /> non-irrigation season, is required. Submitted accounting shall conform to the attached <br /> Augmentation Plan Accounting Protocol. <br /> In addition, the Applicant shall verify that each entity making replacements for this <br /> plan have included this plan in their respective accounting submitted to the division <br /> engineer. For this plan period those entities are the City of Greeley, City of Longmont, <br /> Centennial Water and Sanitation District, City of Westminster, City of Thornton, and <br /> the City of Aurora. <br />
