This SWSP shall be valid for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 <br /> unless otherwise revoked or superseded by decree. Should a request for renewal of <br /> this plan be needed, such renewal request must be submitted to this office with the <br /> statutory fee (currently $257 per pit) no later than November 1, 2025. If a renewal <br /> request is received after the expiration date of this plan, it may be considered a <br /> request for a new SWSP in which case the filing fee for a new SWSP will apply <br /> (currently $1,593 per pit). <br /> 2. Well permits have been obtained for the current use and exposed groundwater <br /> surface area of each gravel pit in accordance with sections 37-90-137(2) and (11), <br /> C.R.S., as identified in Table A of this approval. <br /> 3. The total area of groundwater surface exposed after December 31, 1980 for each of <br /> the pits shall not exceed those values listed in Table A of this approval. Should the <br />
