Holcim South Platte Combined SWSP April 14, 2025 <br /> Plan IDs 3614, 4773, 3624, 4772, 4616, 3437, 3376, 3650, 3668, 5475, 5829, &t 6243 Page 14 of 37 <br /> Bucklen Equipment Company Lease <br /> The Applicant executed an agreement with Bucklen Equipment Co., Inc. for the lease of <br /> excess augmentation credits from the Bucklen Pit SWSP (WDID 0302538) during the period of <br /> April through October 2025. A copy of the lease, dated November 18, 2024, is attached. The <br /> excess augmentation credits will be generated from six (6) Greeley Irrigation Company <br /> shares owned by the Bucklen Equipment Co., Inc. The return flow obligations associated <br /> with the use of the six Bucklen GIC shares are counted as a depletion in and will be replaced <br /> under the Bucklen Pit SWSP. After use in the Bucklen Pit SWSP, the shares are projected to <br /> produce a total of 70.70 acre-feet of excess credits during the 2025 irrigation season. <br /> According to the agreement, Bucklen Equipment Co. will lease to Holcim as needed any <br /> excess augmentation credit available during the 2025 irrigation season for use. The Bucklen <br /> GIC shares will be delivered to the Cache la Poudre River at the 23rd Avenue and Fourth <br /> Street Return Station (WDID 0302318). <br /> City of Greeley Lease <br /> Holcim has entered into a water lease agreement with the City of Greeley under which <br /> Greeley will provide a total of 36 acre-feet of fully consumable water for replacement <br /> purposes in April and October 2025. A copy of the lease agreement, dated February 3, 2025, <br /> is attached. A copy of <br /> the lease agreement, dated March 4, 2025, is attached. Holcim has separately requested <br /> that the City of Longmont provide 26 acre-feet to offset depletions at Holcim's other sites. <br /> Deliveries under this lease are available from either the outfall of Longmont's municipal <br />
