Below <br /> are the original questions posed by the DRMS with D&A/NS responses in blue. <br /> 1. Please provide the anticipated surface hole location (SHL) for 19H-1 V. <br /> D&A: The proposed 191-1-1V SHL is: Lat 39.92408, Long -108.35724 (NAD83). <br /> 2. Provide an updated table tracking the amount of pipeline by size located on site. <br /> Specifically address the following changes; <br /> Production Pipeline Size Total Length(ft) , <br /> Pipeline Active- 16-inch 8,088 <br /> Pipeline Active- 12-inch 9,176 <br /> Pipeline Active- 12-inch buried 41 <br /> Pipeline Active-8-inch 17,300 <br /> Pipeline Active-8-inch buried 1,281 <br /> Pipeline Active-6-inch 4,024 <br /> Pipeline Active-6-inch buried 58 <br /> Pipeline Active-4-inch 3,250 <br /> Total Pipeline 43,218 <br /> a. a. What is the total length of additional pipe by size to be added for access to the <br /> 19H-1 V well/pad? Approximately 500 feet total of 8-inch and 4-inch steel <br /> pipeline (250 feet each). <br /> b. What is the total length of additional pipe by size to be added for access to the <br /> 19H-IR-E well? Approximately 1350 feet of two strings (2700 feet total) of steel <br /> pipeline (size TBD). <br /> 3. Will the construction of the new pipeline to pad 19H-IR-E require any significant <br /> contouring? If so, please provide the anticipated volumetrics. Historically the Division <br /> has only bonded for ripping, topsoil and reveg of roads. D&A: Construction of pipelines <br /> associated with TR-51 will not require earthwork contouring.
