Box 160 <br />Burlington, CO 80807 <br /> <br />RE: Beeson Pit - File No. M-1982-186, <br /> Amendment (AM-2) <br /> Request for Amendment <br /> <br />Dear Theresa Korbelik: <br /> <br />Your Amendment application for the Beeson Pit 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit, which is <br />located in Kit Carson County has been filed. All comment and review periods began on April 9, 2025. A <br />decision date has been set for July 8, 2025. <br /> <br />Newspaper publication of a notice (published once a week for four consecutive weeks) regarding the <br />filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and <br />mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days of submittal.
