Ref. Page No. M2009-006 00060 <br /> water, resulting in very low run-off. Runoff will be managed using ditches, sediment <br /> ponds and barriers, and grading to prevent erosion and runoff. In area on the east side <br /> of the Subject Property at the lowest elevation of the Subject Property there is a water <br /> course and ponds. To mitigate the potential for any run-off entering the water course, a <br /> berm will be built up at those points where potential surface drainage might deposit <br /> sediment and dirt in the ponds or watercourse. Image D-2 below shows the location of <br /> the water course and the approximate location of the run-off sediment mitigation berm. <br /> There is a permitted existing well on the Subject Property which services the office and <br /> hose lines in the area of the office. <br /> Rest of page intentionally left blank. <br />
