The"Business Office" <br /> is owned by the Landowner (901 S CR 31 LLC). The Applicant has obtained a <br /> Structure Agreement with the Landowner(see Exhibit S to this Application). <br /> The following Image C-3 identifies all structures on the Affected Land. Certain <br /> structures shown in the image are no longer present on the Affected Land and have <br /> been shaded in grey. These structures were property of the prior owner, visible when <br /> this image was taken in 2023. All structures shaded in grey have been removed from <br /> the Affected Land and are not involved in mining operations. <br /> The following Image C-3 identifies the following structures: <br /> Storage Area: This structure is a wood post and stone frame structure. It is <br /> covered with a metal roof and used for general equipment and materials <br /> storage. <br /> Business Office: The Business Office is a wood frame house with a metal <br /> roof. This building has been remodeled and re-purposed to serve as the <br /> business office for the quarry operations. <br /> Employee Training & Break Room: This is a wood post and stone frame <br /> building, with a metal roof. This building is open and used by employees as a <br /> break and meeting room. <br /> Field Office: This is a small trailer type construction field office. <br /> Operations Field Office & Safety: This is steel shed, Conex style, building <br /> used for field operations support and houses field safety equipment. <br /> There is only one other structures within the 200' boundary of the Affected Land, <br /> which is noted on Image C-4 below. This is owned by the adjacent landowners, Jay <br /> Panzarella and Amy White. The Applicant has obtained a Structure Agreement with <br /> these landowners. See also Map C-1 of this Exhibit. <br />
