To access the <br /> site from the intersection of U.S. Highway 287 and West County Road 8 (west of <br /> Berthoud), travel west on West County Road 8 for 2.8 miles, then travel west on <br /> County Road 8E for 3.1 miles, continue straight for 2.7 miles onto North County <br /> Road 31, past Carter Lake South Campground to the end of North County Road 31 <br /> (at Gregory Avenue) and then onto non-maintained private road commonly known <br /> as South County Road 31, the mine site is located on the west side of the road <br /> where the private road ends. <br /> The mine entrance and operations are located entirely within the legal metes & <br /> bounds description of the property specified above.
