Adequacy review response M-2025-008
1 . Rule 1 .6.2 proof of publication. I published the newspaper notice March 16 2025.
2. Rule 1 .6.2. 1 then sent a copyto the forest service with letter acknowledging that
they are the surface owners with return receipt requested.
3. Comments from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, US Corp Of ENGINEERS, and the
Forest Service regarding the application. I read all the comments and will adhere by
all the rules and regulations with regards to wildlife, migratory birds, nest, deerand
reclamation and plant management. Steps will be taken to insure potential impacts
to wildlife and resources will be held to a minimum.
4. Reclamation plan ( Rule 6.3.4) Exhibit D ( seed mix)A list of seed mixwas provided
bythe Forest Service. A list of that seed mix is listed in my response packet.
5. No response Needed
6. Exhibit E-Maps(Rule 6.3.5) 1 amended my claim on April 7 2025. My claim markers
we're correct on the ground but my corner#1 measurements from plss 10,11,14 15
was off by30 feet. This has been corrected. All maps are updated and corrected for
both mining areas#1 and#2. Miningarea #1 has 2.34 acres and mining area #2 has
2.63 acres. All coordinates have been changed in both mining areas to the right
position and acreage.
7. Existing holes and disturbances. Unless prospecting or mining occurs within these
areas we intend to leave them be as they are. Sometimes the pegmatite's or veins
will head towards ortrend towards old digs. Without further excavations this cannot
be expanded further until it presents itself.
8. Exhibit I Proof of filingwith county clerk. Yes we did update the file with the county
clerk with all the information herein. Proof of filing has been signed and dated by the
county clerk.
