CRYSTAL CLARK
16521 Essex Rd N
Platteville,CO 80651
(303)304-4864
March 30, 2025 RECEIVED
Division of Reclamation,Mining, and Safety APR 0 Q 2025
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203 Colorado Division of Reclamation,
Mining and SafteY
Re: Withdrawal of Objection
Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company
Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit
Permit Number M2024057
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to formally withdraw the objection letter I submitted on January 23, 2025 regarding the
constructions materials operation reclamation permit application for the Milton Reservoir project by
Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company(FRICO).
At the time, my concerns were focused on the contested status of the 422 acres involved in the project,
particularly regarding how the land was transferred and who rightfully benefits from it. These concerns
were, and still are, important to me as a nearby homeowner and taxpayer of the government entity
contesting the landownership.
That said, I've seen a genuine effort from FRICO to address community concerns and work toward a
fair resolution. I appreciate the willingness to engage and the steps taken so far. In light of this, I believe
it's appropriate to withdraw my objection and allow the process to continue in good faith.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
/,--,L-
Crystal Clark
