I had a beautiful house with a pond and the creek ran <br /> through my property. I watched all sorts of wildlife drink from the creek. Moose, bobcats,ermin,coyotes,foxes <br /> and bears. <br /> I am opposed to the restarting of active mining at the Cross Mine and I am opposed to expansion of their mining <br /> area. I am opposed to a mill being built up there to mill the ore. I was friend's with Tom Henricks and he would <br /> never have wanted this,and he would be horrified that the valley he loved was polluted by the mine he used to <br /> own. <br /> This mine has a history now of having polluted our beautiful little valley and the water downstream(from which I <br /> now drink, being in Boulder).We are too fragile and precious of an ecosystem,and too big a metropolis in <br /> Boulder for this kind of project to be allowed to go through. <br /> Please stand up for the environment,the community,the wildlife,the people downstream and do the right thing. <br /> Permitting Action Comment/Objection is Regarding <br /> • New Permit Change to Existing Permit <br />
