5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles,drill pads and collar areas of underground workings,ponds, etc. <br /> No changes to existing disturbance. Rio Grande Silver, Inc.(RGS) does not have plans in <br /> the foreseeable future to conduct any exploration activities, therefore, has determined that <br /> the current disturbance and temporary structures will be left in place and not conduct any <br /> reclamation in order to be prepared for exploration activities at a future date that is yet to be <br /> determined. The entire project site and disturbance lies within private property owned by <br /> RGS. See Exhibit Al-Project Location Map and Exhibit B1-Site Map. There are no <br /> chemicals or hazardous materials stored on site. The two 5200 gal diesel storage tanks <br /> have been removed from the site. The portals arc sccurcd with locked heavy steel gates. <br /> 6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, <br /> including anticipated number of holes, diameter, depth,location, etc. Submit additional <br /> pages if necessary: <br /> A.
