5. Rio Grande Silver, Inc.(RGS) does not have plans in <br /> the foreseeable future to conduct any exploration activities, therefore, has determined that <br /> the current disturbance and temporary structures will be left in place and not conduct any <br /> reclamation in order to be prepared for exploration activities at a future date that is yet to be <br /> determined.
