r).6 <br /> 1.0 Introduction <br /> Rollins Construction and Trucking LLC is seeking to initiate aggregate crushing operations located <br /> at the general agricultural property approximately eight miles southwest of the town of Stratton in <br /> Kit Carson County, Colorado. The proposed operation is located on private land which is under a <br /> lease agreement with the Landowner, as seen in the following attachments. <br /> The proposed operation will occur within the Burlington Conservation District. <br /> The proposed operation will include one portable closed-circuit cone crusher, one double-deck <br /> portable screen, and associated conveyor/stacker units. The crushing unit will be fed by a 980 <br /> CATERPILLAR loader. There is one associated 725 kW Tier 4i generator with this project. The <br /> finished product will be road base for use in road construction and maintenance. A byproduct of <br /> the screening operation will consist of fines, which will be incorporated into the reclamation <br /> activities.The proposed operation is anticipated to commence on April 28, 2025 and complete by <br /> April 28, 2026. <br /> The proposed operation will be less than 10 acres of disturbance and will be considered a Limited <br /> Impact (110) Operation for Construction Material under C.R.S. 34-32.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and 2 <br /> CCR 407-1. <br /> Pursuant to the requirements of Rules 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, and 1.6.2(1)(b),the following information <br /> is being included in this application package: <br /> • Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Operation Reclamation Permit Application <br /> • EXHIBITA— Legal Description and Location Map <br /> • EXHIBIT B—Site Description <br /> • EXHIBIT C—Mining Plan <br /> • EXHIBIT D— Reclamation Plan <br /> • EXHIBIT E— Easement Maps <br /> • EXHIBIT F—Other Permits and Licenses Required <br /> • EXHIBIT G —Source of Legal Right-to-Enter <br /> • EXHIBIT H— Municipalities within a Two-mile Radius <br /> • EXHIBIT I— Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br /> • EXHIBIT J — Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Application <br /> • EXHIBIT L— Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> • ADDENDUM 1— Notice Requirements <br /> Rollins Construction and Trucking LLC March 2025 <br /> Reclamation Permit Application Package <br />
