Everist, Incorporated
Technical Revision (TR-1) to incorporate outflow for agriculture ditch and outlet for the
underdrain

Dear Matthew Noteboom:

On March 18, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the
Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on March 7, 2025, addressing the following:

This technical revision adjusts the approved permit boundary in Phase 1 of West Farm Reservoirs to
incorporate the future outlet of the approved underdrain and an outfall for a non-mining related
agricultural ditch. The permit boundary adjustments do not change the overall permit acreage. No
mining activities have commenced at the West Farm site.

The decision reached by the Division is: approve.

The terms of Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit
No. M-2022-048. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2022-048 remain in full
force and effect.

If you have any questions, please contact me by telephone at (720) 527-1640, or by email at
nikie.gagnon@state.co.us.

Sincerely,

Nikie Gagnon
Environmental Protection Specialist

cc: Lynn Shults
Steve O’Brian

M-GR-04
