COC -37210 Modification <br />Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 6th P.M. <br />Section 1: S/2NE, S/2NW, Lots 9— 12. <br />containing approximately 237.43 acres. <br />3. Private minerals within the permit area <br />encompass 1,957 acres with Federal minerals accounting for the balance of 6,344 acres. <br />The new Bowie No. 2 Mine permit will contain 9,197 acres of land, 5,365 acres of private surface <br />and 3,832 acres of Federal surface. Private minerals within the permit area encompass 1,957 <br />acres with Federal minerals accounting for the balance of 7,240 acres. <br />The affected area proposed by this revision will be within 100 feet, measured horizontally, of the <br />outside right-of-way line of Stevens Gulch Road in the following areas. <br />Township 13 South, Range 92West, 6"' PM <br />Sec. 1: SE/4, S/2NE/4, Lots 9, 10 (S/2N/2NE/4) <br />Sec. 12: Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 (NE/4) Lots 9, 10 (N/2SE/4) <br />A public hearing, for the purpose of determining whether the interests of the public and affected <br />landowners will be protected may be requested by contacting the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety in writing within 30 days after the last publication of this notice.
