Regreen is a substitute for the use of mulch, providing live stabilization that will die out within three years as the native grasses begin to express themselves. Other options remain the discretion of the Operator.
The Optional Seed Mixture is intended only in the event of seeding establishment failure of the primary/preferred mixture based upon expression at or before the end of three years following the date of seed application.
