The piping plover, <br />whooping crane, pallid sturgeon, and western prairie fringed orchid are species that are affected by <br />depletions to the Platte River system. Based on ERO’s knowledge of the types of activities likely to be <br />implemented as part of the development of the project area, there would be no depletions to the South
