The application was deemed complete on March 13, 2025. <br /> <br />Minor Revision No. 485 (MR-485) seeks to update the permit application packet (PAP) to reflect <br />recent changes to the ownership and control of the mine following a merger between Arch Resources, <br />Inc. and Consol Energy Inc. to form a new company: Core Natural Resources. The applicant is not <br />proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, <br />CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO 81230 and at <br />the Division’s Denver office.
