<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110(1) Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: March 12, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: State Board of Land Commissioners <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1127 Sherman Street, Suite 300 <br />Denver, CO 80203-2206 <br /> <br />RE: Three Toes Mine, File No. M-2025-008 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on March 12, 2025, Brent Rovedo, whose address and telephone number are 18049 East <br />Bellewood Dr., Aurora, CO 80015; (303) 396-7073, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 10, Township 12S, Range 71W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Teller County. <br />Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands <br />will be reclaimed to support a(n) Recreation post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for <br />April 11, 2025. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Teller County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2025008 in the “Permit No” field.
