Comment/Objection Narrative*
I have recently become aware of past illegal activity by FRICO that has damaged our HOA property. My
understanding is the proposed activities, including the industrial actions in this requested permit,will continue to
harm the environment in and around our residential neighborhood.These activities have proceeded despite
legal questions about control of the land where this business is operating,conflicts of interest since the Permit
requestor is on the Board of the HOA,and the potential to directly harm the quality of life and property values in
our neighborhood due to these industrial activities. I am concerned about both the process that has been
followed and the proposed outcomes of this permit request.
