<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />March 7, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Patrick Maher <br />Venture Resources, Inc. <br />25044 County Road 25 <br />La Junta, CO 81050 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Robert Fulton Reclamation - File No. M-2011-007 <br /> Venture Resources, Inc. <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Dear Patrick Maher: <br /> <br />On March 7, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the Surety <br />Release Request application submitted to the Division on January 6, 2025, addressing the following: <br /> <br />Venture Resources Inc. is requesting full and final release of reclamation liability for the Robert <br />Fulton Project (M2011007) in Gilpin County. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has determined that <br />Venture Resources, Inc. is eligible for release from further responsibility for the Robert Fulton <br />Reclamation. In accordance with Rule 4.17.2(5), the Division is required to wait thirty (30) days <br />from this notice to allow for appeal of the Division’s decision.
