Drawer 70 <br />Platteville, CO 80651 <br /> <br />FROM: Nikie Gagnon <br /> <br />RE: Ragsdale Reservoirs - File No. M-2020-007, L. G. Everist, Incorporated <br /> Amendment (AM-1) to add 26.62 acres to permit area <br /> <br />Please be advised that on February 27, 2025, L. G. Everist, Incorporated, whose address and telephone <br />number are 7321 E 88th Ave Suite 200, Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286-2247, filed an application for an <br />Amendment (AM- 1) to M2020007, Ragsdale Reservoirs, which is located approximately 3.5 miles North <br />of Ft. Lupton, CO, Section 18, Township 2N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />This proposed amendment will add 26.62 acres to the permit area for an underdrain between Phases 1 and 2 <br />and a conveyor crossing over US Highway 85. <br /> <br />A decision date has been set for May 28, 2025.Written comments or objections to the application may be <br />submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 527-1640. <br /> <br />L. G. Everist, Incorporated is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments <br />on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the <br />Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your <br />comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no <br />objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
