<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on February 21, 2025, a minor revision application (MR-189) <br />to the Deserado Mine, Permit No. C-1981-018, operated by Blue Mountain Energy, Inc, 10714 South <br />Jordon Gateway, Suite 300, South Jordon, UT 84095 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. <br />The Deserado Mine is requesting permission to add two nitrogen injection hole locations and three <br />exploration hole locations. The applicant is proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area <br />currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
