All review and comment periods as provided in the <br />Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Seneca Property LLC proposes to continue surface coal mining and/or reclamation operations on <br />land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. This renewal application does <br />not propose revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, nor is there any proposed surface <br />disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. <br /> <br />The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />T6N, R87W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br /> T5N, R87W, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5, 8, 16, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30 <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Mount Harris. <br /> <br />Renewal 6 Yoast Mine. <br /> <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in the Colorado Mountain News Media -Steamboat Pilot <br />that this permit renewal application has been deemed complete. At the time of publication of this <br />notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Hayden Public
