All review and comment periods as provided in the <br />Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Seneca Property LLC proposes to continue surface coal mining and/or reclamation operations on <br />land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />T6N, R87W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br /> T5N, R87W, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5, 8, 16, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30 <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Mount Harris. <br /> <br />Renewal 6 Yoast Mine. <br /> <br />This renewal application does not propose revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, <br />nor is there any proposed surface disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. <br /> <br />A copy of the permit renewal application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public <br />Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639.
