Reilley, GISP RE: Robins Consolidated Pit - File No. M-1991-133, Robins Construction, LLLP Amendment (AM-2) Amendment No.2 Please be advised that on February 14, 2025, Robins Construction, LLLP, whose address and telephone number are 38767 State Hwy 17 PO Box 212, Antonito, CO 81120; (719) 376-2351, filed an application for a/an Amendment (AM- 2) to M1991133, Robins Consolidated Pit, which is located approximately 0 miles of Antonito, Section 32, Township 33N, Range 9E, 10th Principle Meridian, in Conejos County. An increase of 50 acres to a total permit size of 114.2 acres and to change the name of the operator. A decision date has been set for May 15, 2025.Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Robin A. Reilley, GISP at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 646-0277. Robins Construction, LLLP is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
