Please be as specific as possible. Comment/Objection Narrative* Pages 10 through 12 of the application show a map of the operation. Its NW portion encompasses land that FRICO does not own, nor does Scott Edgar's other entity, REI LLC.422 acres of that land was improperly transferred from the Beebe Draw Farms Authority Board to REI LLC in spring of 2021.When Mr. Edgar obtained controlling interest in REI, he assumed use of that land. Subsequently, residents of Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District have objected to the erroneous transfer. However, Mr Edgar had already begun mining and reclamation efforts,completely disregarding the District's legitimate ownership and control of that parcel. Furthermore, Mr Edgar claims to have notified residents of the reclamation project, but he did not circulate that notice in the adjoining municipality, Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District. His dredging and reclamation project began back in 2019,and nobody in the District knew anything about it until the dredge piles started showing up and the truck traffic was already rolling.On page 227 of the application, Mr Edgar claims there is no municipality within two miles of the project,and that is false. Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District is a thriving municipality of some 180 homes,with approximately 500 residents living in custom and semi- custom homes on two to five acre estate lots.Additionally,this application contains no less than four different end dates, none of which match up.Given the estimated volume of material,and the lack of any clear market for the construction materials specified,we can have no assurance that we won't be dealing with this intrusion into our lives for the next 50 or 60 years.We object based on the facts:the project is despoiling land that rightfully belongs to Beebe Draw Farms;the project began without the mandatory notice to nearby residents; the project is too close to a municipality;and no clear end date is assured.We urge you to deny this application and shut down the ill-advised operation already in progress.
