The area will not be re vegetated to <br />allow for future Building site(s). <br /> <br />Compacted no reveg area of Pit 5 will be approx. 1.12 ac <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. Accept minor change to Reclamation Plan to <br />accomidate landowers request. 1.12 ac compacted pad for future building site on the north end of Pit <br />5. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 6 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2009-048. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2009-048 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />Bond Held: $91,664.00 <br />Prior Liability: $91,664.00 <br />Change in Liability: $0.00 <br />Revised Liability: $91,664.00 <br />Prior Permit Acreage: 29.97
