<br /> On October 16, 2024 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board)directed the Division of
<br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety(Division)to schedule a hearing for consideration of revocation of the
<br /> forfeiture of the following financial warranties assigned to the State of Colorado/Mined Land
<br /> Reclamation Board,totaling$17,962.00:

<br /> Additionally, during the October 16, 2024 Board Hearing, in conjunction with your letter of voluntary
<br /> forfeiture,the Board has revoked NOI P-2007-058 pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-124(6). Also, in accordance
<br /> with C.R.S. 34-32-118(2),the Board found that the financial warranty is subject to forfeiture. Therefore,
<br /> pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-118(2) and Rule 4.20(2) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations for Hard Rock,
<br /> Metal, and Designated Mining Operations (Rules),this item is being scheduled to appear before the
<br /> Mined Land Reclamation Board for consideration of the forfeiture of the above listed financial warranty.
<br /> A Formal Board Hearing will be held during the February 19-20, 2025 Board meeting for consideration of
<br /> forfeiture of the financial warranty listed above.The hearing will be held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room
<br /> 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered.
<br /> In order to be considered at the hearing,all exhibits, materials and witness testimony you wish for the
<br /> Board to consider must be submitted via email to the MLRB Administrator, Camie Mojar at:
<br /> dnr drms mIrb-submittals@state.co.usi.no later than 5:00 PM, February 7, 2025.
<br /> If you have good cause not to appear in person you must submit a request to the Board to appear
<br /> virtually(via ZOOM).To do so, please submit an email to the Board Administrator, no later than 5:00 PM
<br /> on February 7, 2025, for Board consideration. If approved you will receive an authorization code to
<br /> attend the meeting for this matter. Please note that only Parties and those who will be testifying may
