3. PLAN OPERATION AND CONTACT
Due to the location of the replacement source from Aurora,transit losses will be assessed
from the point of introduction to the stream down to the location of stream depletions,
resulting in a total delivery to the stream of 56.66 AF during the approval period as shown
in Table 1. The lease agreement with the City of Aurora is currently being finalized. Please
see the previous lease agreement and an email from City of Aurora staff confirming that the
lease will be renewed for this period. The final lease agreement will be provided once it is
fully executed.
Brannan will track actual on-site aggregate production,water use for dust control, and area
exposed to evaporation. The resulting consumptive use will be lagged and compared to the
available replacements to ensure all depletions are replaced. An accounting form similar to
Table 1 will be prepared and submitted to the Division of Water Resources on a monthly
basis.
