<br />CGM - MCP <br />November 2024 9 <br /> <br /> <br />• Spill containment handbook <br />3.4 Handling and Release/Spill Response <br />As discussed in Section 3.3 all designated chemicals shall be stored in secondary containment. Should <br />a spill occur, the secondary containment is manually emptied into an approved waste disposal <br />containers and then the containers are sent to an approved facility. All chemicals should be handled <br />according to their MSDS, including procedures for spill response. Further detail on exposure levels and <br />first aid measures can be found in the MSDS sheets for each chemical located in Appendix A. <br />3.5 Spill Reporting <br />A spill or release notification form will be completed upon detection of any spill/release by the <br />Environmental Manager and prior to reporting a spill to the proper notification contacts. <br />3.6 Inspections, Tests, and Records <br />Grand Island Resources performs the inspections, tests, and evaluations listed in the following Table 3- <br />1. This daily visual inspection involves: looking for container/tank/piping
