Cross Gold Mine
December 2024 S-1

Exhibit S Permanent Man-made Structures
The Excel power line and the AT&T phone line currently cross or enter the mining operation area.
These utilities have been associated with the mining site since the initial permit was issued by the
CDRMS in 1977. In addition, Boulder County Road 128 runs adjacent to existing mining structures
located immediately south and east of the road. The proposed permit amendment will not affect any of
these existing structures. Since this is an established mining operation and these utilities and structures
have been part of it since at least 1977, compensation agreements are not included as part of this
amendment.
Similarly, the three existing water wells are integral to the current mining operations. As a result, no
compensation agreements are required for them.
Map C-1 lists and labels all structures.
Table S- 1.
