RECEIVED <br /> L Lewicki & Associates NOV 2.02024 <br /> ENGINEERING I GEOLOGY I ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> WOW()Division of Reclamation. <br /> Mining and Saftey <br /> November 15, 2024 <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety <br /> 1313 Sherman St, Rm 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 <br /> RE: 15 Road Gravel Pit—Technical Revision <br /> Reclamation Map Update and Topsoil Amendment Clarification <br /> Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County submits this technical revision to <br /> the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety for its 15 Road Gravel Pit to update the <br /> reclamation plan map and clarify the topsoil amendment portion of the reclamation plan. <br /> Attached is a new Map F-1 Reclamation Plan that shows the updated reclamation plan for Lake 1. <br /> The use of Class A Biosolids and Biosol as soil amendments that were approved in TR-06 has <br /> been discontinued at the 15 Road Gravel Pit. These amendments were put to use as part of a <br /> wildlife habitat enhancement effort by United just east of Pit 1. United no longer uses these <br /> amendments in reclamation efforts at 15 Road Gravel Pit.
