The total surface area of the groundwater exposed at the site must not exceed 0.86 <br /> acres resulting in annual evaporative losses of 2.47 acre-feet during the approval <br /> period of this SWSP. <br /> 3. Approval of this plan is for the purposes as stated herein. Any additional uses of this <br /> water must first be approved by this office. <br /> 4. Total consumption at the site must not exceed the aforementioned amounts unless an <br /> amendment is made to this plan. <br /> 5. Well permit no. 57723-F is in good standing for the current use and exposed surface <br /> area at the site in accordance with sections 37-90-137(2) and (11), C.R.S. <br /> 6. All releases of replacement water must be sufficient to cover all out-of-priority <br /> depletions in time, place, and amount and should be made on a daily basis. The <br /> release of monthly replacement water may be aggregated in a single release to <br /> maximize beneficial use at the direction and approval of the Water Commissioner. <br /> 7. The Applicant must replace all out-of-priority depletions resulting from operation <br /> under this SWSP, including those lagged depletions that occur to the stream after the <br /> expiration date of this SWSP. <br /> 8. As part of any renewal of this SWSP the Applicant must specify the proposed <br /> replacement source that will be used to replace all lagged depletions that result from <br /> operation under the SWSP, including those that extend beyond the approval period of <br /> the SWSP. If the intent is to obtain a short-term lease for such future replacement <br /> water, an executed lease for depletions that extend beyond the SWSP approval period <br /> is not required; however the Applicant must demonstrate that there is a reasonable <br /> likelihood that such a lease could be obtained. <br />
