The application was deemed complete on November 14, <br />2024. <br /> <br />MR-53 aims to add additional Exploration Drill Holes: GCC-22-08, GCC-22-12, GCC-22-13, & <br />GCC-22-14 to the permit. GCC Energy will drill four (4) exploration holes which are intended to <br />obtain data on future underground coal reserves at the King II Mine. The applicant is proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett St., Suite C, Durango, <br />CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
