Please submit a notarized affidavit of authority confirming that Hannah Haslam is <br /> authorized to represent Arkansas Valley Ranch, LLC. Hannah Haslam signed on <br /> behalf of Arkansas Valley Ranch, LLC on page 9 of the application form. <br /> Response: The Affidavit of Authority to Execute Financial Warranty Documents is a <br /> one page form submitted by the authorized individual to execute financial <br /> documents. Mid-States Materials, LLC submitted a bond. The Affidavit of Authority <br /> would be required of Mid-States Materials, LLC. Arkansas Valley Ranch is not <br /> executing a financial warranty. <br /> Regarding Hanna Haslam's authority to sign on behalf of Arkansas Valley Ranch, <br /> LLC, please find the "Resolution Appointing Agent" provided herein appointing <br /> Hannah J. Haslam Manager of the LLC. <br /> Application Form: <br /> 2. On page 6, under "Other Reclamation Permits held by Prospective Successor (if <br /> applicable)", please add Permit No. M-2020-017, McCormick Pit 1.
