Copies have also been provided to the OSMRE at 1999 Broadway, Suite <br />3320, Denver, CO, and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Little Snake Field Office at 455 <br />Emerson Street, Craig, CO. <br />2.03.3(9) Certifcation by Responsible Offical <br />The information contained in this permit application is true and correct to the best of current <br />knowledge, information and belief. The responsible offical has certified this permit application in <br />accordance in the rules in the cover letter application. <br />2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. is a limited partnership between two wholly owned subsidiaries of <br />Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC. It’s General Partner and Manager is Axial Basin Coal <br />Company, which hold a 20% partnership interest in the Colowyo Mine. The remaining 80% <br />partnership interest is held by Taylor Creek Holding Company. Elk Ridge Mining and <br />Reclamation, LLC is wholly owned Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. <br />Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC, is the permit applicant and mine operator for the <br />Colowyo Mine (Colowyo). The general office is located at 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, <br />Colorado 81641; telephone number (970) 824-1200. Colowyo’s Employer Identification Number <br />is 87-0522903. Colowyo’s Mine Safety and Health Adminstration (MSHA) identification number <br />is 05-02962 and it was issued on October 1, 1976. <br />The resident agent for Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC is Jerome H. Sturhahn, <br />Senior Vice President, General Counsel, 110 W. 116th Avenue, Westminster, CO 80234, (303) <br />254-3184. <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. will remit all required AML fees. <br />The current officers and directors of Colowyo Coal Company L.P., Elk Ridge Mining <br />and Reclamation, LLC, and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. are <br />included in Exhibit 2, Volume 2A. <br />The legal or equitable owners of record of the property to be mined or affected by surface <br />operations and facilities incidental thereto are:
